About

Born and raised in Northern Ireland Gary studied Industrial Design at the University of Ulster and Desktop Publishing at Wesley College in the United States. With an artist's sensibility and a fascination with digital imaging he went about bridging his background in design with a newfound love of photography.

Since the age of 9 he has travelled extensively to the United States, Mexico, Africa, Australia and different parts of Europe including England, Scotland, Italy, Belgium, France and Spain.

After graduating he focussed his attention on a collection of limited edition prints of Belfast, his home city, and his first solo exhibition. A recent review of his work described him as “a photographer whose works intrigue and capture the attention of the viewer with his utilization of color and composition”.

Now based in Melbourne, Gary has had work published in Australia's Top-Selling Pro Photography Magazine, Capture, and has just finished projects for Little Wonder Design and St Michael’s Uniting Church. He continues to develop a body of work that reflects his passion for photography and digital imaging while assisting other professionals in the industry.
